Hello from vacationland! I'm in Florida staying with Aunt Carole again. It's been nice. So far we've been to museums and watched movies and of course been to the beach! And we've talked on and on about writing. And that's about the gist of it.
Funny story: The day before I left for Florida, Neaves and her little sister and I went to see "The Lake House," just to see if we could figure out what the hell that movie was about. Little tip: if you do go see it, don't think too hard. Just enjoy it. But I, personally, have a very hard time taking Keanu Reeves seriously. I think I've seen Bill and Ted one too many times. And it results in me occasionally laughing at times when I should not. Like the part in the movie where he starts crying. I completely lost it. And when Neaves said "What is WRONG with you!?" I said "It's Keanu Reeves! He doesn't cry, he punches things!"
Interesting story, that will probably make poolagirl jealous: I found out when I was in Louisiana with my mom's family that I'm distantly related to Henry Morgan! I've got pirate blood! I can't get over how cool that is. Even though he's way up there in my ancestry, it's still cool. I'm a pirate! Yarrrgh!
